Aamad's journey with us began in 2012 when he joined our team as the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager. His expertise and dedication to excellence quickly shone through, leading to his rapid ascent within the company.

In 2014, Aamad took on the role of Purchasing Manager, where his strategic acumen and keen negotiation skills played a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain and procurement strategies. His remarkable performance in this capacity led to his promotion to General Manager in 2015, a role in which he excelled by steering the company through a period of significant growth and operational expansion.

Today, as President and Chief Operating Officer, Aamad continues to lead Roberts with visionary leadership and operational excellence. His MBA degree not only underscores his profound understanding of business and management principles but also his commitment to lifelong learning and professional development.
