Kyle McIntyre's journey with Roberts exemplifies the power of hard work and dedication. He was originally hired in 2016 to work in our warehouse where he was able to learn the basics of our plant operations. Throughout his time working in the warehouse, he helped improve the systems we operate by making them much safer and more efficient. Kyle's exceptional work ethic and insight into our operations quickly set him apart. In 2019 he transitioned into the role of Purchasing Manager which marked a significant leap. In this role he gained a deep understanding of our supply chain dynamics and proved he could succeed in any role given the opportunity. Today, Kyle serves as our Vice President of Purchasing & Plant Operations, where he continues to drive efficiency and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in streamlining our purchasing strategies and enhancing our plant operations, contributing significantly to our company's growth and success. Kyle's story is a powerful example of how commitment, determination and hard work is recognized and rewarded within our team.
